Where do you ship from?

Our products are shipped directly from our warehouse in Hong Kong, ensuring quality control and prompt dispatch.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We understand that things change! You can request order changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. Due to our commitment to fast processing times, requests after 12 hours cannot be accommodated. But don't worry, you can return your order for a full refund once received!

What payment methods do you accept?

Your convenience is our priority. We gladly accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.

When will my order be processed?

We can't wait to get your order to you! We process orders between Monday and Friday and aim to have them dispatched within 1-3 business days. Please note that processing times might extend during holidays and sale seasons.
